Olena is a founder of a private school chain - EV-Private School, a mother of 4 children. One of them lives with a disability and one was preterm.

Olena holds degrees in Enterprise Economic Security Management (European University), Law (The National Academy of Security Service of Ukraine) and NLP. Since her first year at university Olena worked in marketing, then started her own advertising agency, then a travel agency and then a yachting service. Later she tied all those in a conference service. She is also the Head of NGO Ukrainian Association of Doctors.

Olena is passionate about innovations in education. In 2013 Olena started her first inclusive kindergarten, which was inspired by her daughter Laura. Today she owns and develops 3 licenced schools, a kindergarten, a sports academy and an online school, which makes it 6 educational projects altogether.

Olena is convinced that children trigger irreversible processes in their parents that cause them to change the world.
