A fetal monitor is a modern piece of equipment that allows doctors to listen to the baby's heartbeat in the womb and monitor its condition so that in case of illness or any abnormalities, treatment can be started as early as possible. The device records the heartbeat of the woman in labor, her fetus, and the position of the child.

It was this kind of medical equipment, 4 fetal monitors, that our partners from the Dobry Brat Charitable Foundation delivered to the maternity unit of the Kaharlyk Multidisciplinary Hospital. These devices allowed the doctors to increase the number of examinations performed on expectant mothers, reduce the time a woman spends waiting for a procedure, and generally improve the quality of services provided.
